(More customer reviews)After using MagicJack for several months and having all sorts of problems (calls wouldn't go through, touch tones not recognized, audio dropouts, etc.) I decided to switch to Skype which I use for outgoing calls only ($30 per year unlimited US and Canada) to keep my incoming line free. I wanted a speakerphone since most of my calls involve having to hold and I don't like headsets. The Chat 60 has worked perfectly on my iMac (running OS X 10.6.3). I plugged it in a USB port, selected it under Skype Preferences and it just worked. And it doesn't hijack the audio out for other applications - those continue to use my built in computer speakers. Sound quality is crystal clear on both sides. There is a mute button and volume up/down. I couldn't be happier with it!
