Cute little design (I thought it looked like a beer opener at first!), decent voice quality.
The IPEVO skype conference phone allows you to switch from conferencing to headset with one button, which I have found invaluable for settings where I was in a conference with 3 people and wanted to have a couple of words with the other person when there was too much background noise.
The headset part is wideband, with unparalleled voice quality on Skype. Probably the best sound I've heard out there, and better than the Polycom Communicator.
For the speakerphone/conference part, it's still a notch under the communicator, because there is sometimes a little echo cancelation if you talk to close to the mic, or if the skype connection isn't optimal. For that, this is not a perfect product... but then, it's cheaper than the communicator, so it still carries its weight for its price.
It also redeems itself by offering full duplex - that means, if you and I talk at the same time, you don't hear yourself. Or, if I'm running music from my computer and it comes out on this conference phone, then we talk over skype, you don't hear the music... and that's pretty cool.
I've also used this on my mac for podcasting. The only thing there is that you have to go through the initial steps of setting this as you mic and speaker, instead of the default in there. Other than that, I've found that I can use this to listen to podcast, or play music from itunes or any other music program.
Conclusion: a good value with sturdy design.
