(More customer reviews)I was suffering with a loose fitting Motorola that hung over my ear and flopped when I moved my head. This struck me as a workable solution, as I only needed it when I drove.
When I got my headset, the first thing I noticed was the hard, uncomfortable plastic on the top and opposing side of my head.
Then I turned it on. The beep was so loud that it hurt. I did everything I could to turn the volume down, no luck. Incoming calls gave me a similarly loud ringtone. On the other hand, I had to turn the volume up to full in order to hear the caller. There was no way I could find to affect the volume of the ringtone or the beep when I turned it on.
The painful fit and extremely loud tones make this set useless. I went back to Best Buy and purchased a Plantronics. Small, light weight, secure fit, and comfortable enough that I was home watching TV late at night when I realized I had forgotten to take it off.
