(More customer reviews)Directions say to charge for 2 hours, other directions say 3-4 hours and the red light goes out. I got a blue light in less than 2 hours ??? No problem "pairing up", that was easy to follow. When I called "information" and "traffic conditions" on voice command the voices were muffled and I couldn't understand what they were saying. I gave several voice commands, none of which worked. When I did make a call and got thru, the voice was clear and no problem. When I went to shut off the voice kept saying "trying to connect" and the blue light flashing for over a minute after shutoff. It finally shut off. I will keep using the Crescendo to figure out the negatives which I reported above and will get back to you later. For the price, life should be easier. I hope the website will be of help.
