(More customer reviews)The handset routinely stops communicating with the base station, at least once every other day and often more frequently. This happens in mid-call or between calls, whether the handset is on the base or not, whether the battery is fully charged or not, with no warning. You fix it by disconnecting the power from the base station for about 10 seconds, then reconnecting and giving the handset about 15 seconds to find the base station again. Then it works fine for a random period of time, ranging from minutes to a couple of days, and then does it again.
I bought it from Target in-store and tossed the receipt (silly me). Just ordered a replacement Panasonic phone with similar features and will toss this phone as soon as the Panasonic arrives. Not recommended.
