(More customer reviews)The original one I got with the phone (LG VX4400) stopped working and I just wanted a replacement. The ones with a volume control seemed to cut down on the volume and the sound wasn't as clear as before. This one seems to work better although not like the first one. It isn't flashy and, of course, the newer phones are all going Bluetooth but I tend to hang on to devices until they die and this earpiece works for me.
