(More customer reviews)I wanted a retractable to keep in my bag, but this isn't totally retractable. The length of wire on the two ear pieces is asymmetrical, because you're supposed to wrap the non-microphone side around the back of your head. I'm sure this is a more ergonomic design, but it is a total hassle to put these on in a hurry (which is usually what I'm doing). Also, because of this design, a good length of earpiece cord doesn't retract.
Overall, not so good.
