(More customer reviews)I ordered 4 sets of these for use in a large warehousing operation. Our associates really like the product, but we have had to return 1 set. Of the 2 radios I returned, one would not power on and the other one had very low volume when turned up all of the way. The return process was extremely easy to use and thus far, we have had no additional problems. I found the pricing on Amazon the lowest due to the free shipping that went along with the order.
