(More customer reviews)First, let me say this product was priced really great and shipping time was great. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say. This was put in the box with no packaging and no instructions on how this should work. That's okay if you're tech savvy - I'm not. I don't know if the button is supposed to hang up and answer the phone but it does not. It may be that the button only controls the volume which isn't very helpful when you're driving. These are supposed to be hands free. If that's how the set is supposed to work then it works great. If not, then I wouldn't recommend this one even for the price.
