(More customer reviews)I bought this heaadset for my wife, as she hates talking on the phone because she doesn't have her hands. I find myself constantly asking her to repeat herself because she sounds like the phone is on the other side of the room. sometimes she'll even break out for bits of the conversation. I bought the 835 headset from plantronics a few years back and had similar issues. I don't know if it's the company, or if I'm expecting to much from noise cancelling, wind canceling headsets in general, but I would never buy this again. Also, the charging port isn't the same as any cell phones so she can't get a car charger that is compatibale with it.
