(More customer reviews)Don't waste your time on this device I have had 3 and both ended up in the trash. The worked mediocre at best with most calls sounding like I was miles away according to those I called. The most annoying thing though is that both would stop charging and were unable to turn off. The blue light would just blink as if it was on and no matter how long I held the button to turn it off it just wouldn't. I'd have to let it completely drain then try and re-charge it again. Once it did this every time it would get low in power it would go back to the "can't turn off" mode. This identicle problem happened on both headsets which leads me to believe that it is a overall product issue and not just limited to my very own headset.
Don't waste your money on the product.
