It intermittently fails to notify of new voicemail, requiring the phone to be rebooted before doing so. It also keeps popping up error messages about Sprint's backup service even though I have never signed up for it.
Further, when you set an alarm and click 'dismiss' after it rings, it should turn the alarm OFF, as all alarms work. However this phone instead simply snoozes -- five minutes later it goes off AGAIN. No matter how many times you click 'dismiss', you can bet on it continuously ringing every 5 minutes, even after DISABLING the alarm. Time for another reboot. Talk about irritating!
How difficult is it to write a simple alarm application that performs it's most BASIC function???
This phone is crap, the software was probably written in a third world country. You'll notice the one 5 star review is sarcastic -- the only reason the reviewer liked it was because it was so defective Sprint was forced to give him a different model phone. Do not purchase!
