(More customer reviews)I got this phone for Christmas, and have been using it since then. This phone has some really great applications, and all of them work very well. Downloads are real fast, and all programs work very well. But here is the bad part and the main reason that I will be returning the phone. The phone reception is really bad, too many incoming calls for some unknown reason go into voicemail. I have AT&T and have never had this problem before. The few times that I can receive a call, the voice quality and volume is real bad. The person on the other side also can barely hear you. If you use a blue tooth with this phone, it switches from phone to ear piece at random. No amount of re-setting helps. So this phone while it has the best applications is real lousy on the very basic reason you have a phone, to receive and make calls. Hopefully Amazon will take it back, and let me pick another one.
