(More customer reviews)Could not believe how small the Q7 was when I opened the box. Measures just 1" x 1/2" and it fit right into my ear. There are two (2) over the ear hangers, but I see no reason to use them. It is more comfortable than an earring, yet is barely noticeable. When in the ear, it does do some external noise suppression, but but earplugs if you are working in a noisy environment.
Q7 (it should be called a QT), comes with a wall charger and a USB charger, but there is no USB connection to computer for more than power (do not know why you would need one. This unit will connect to up to eight (8) different cell phones; connects to one phone at a time. It has a "multifunction key" instead of an on/off switch. You turn it on/off and, if your phone supports these functions, can redial, use voice commands, answer calls with the Q7, reject incoming calls, put a call on hold, and you can even hang up a call with it.
I was worried when I saw that there is a maintenance section in the User's Manual. However, it basically says, do not do anything foolish and you do not have anything to worry about. Battery - Warning do not leave in refrigerator or hot car, this could shorten battery life. Ya, I really needed to know that. Any way I like it, hope you do too.
Two weeks later I am not quite as happy. For some reason Q7 and my cell phone are no longer talking, let alone shaking hands. Just quit and nothing I do can seem to get them happy again. I wonder if someone ... any way not very happy with it now, some of the other reviews seem more appropriate now. Sorry if I mislead anyone, but live and learn. Heavy Sigh!
