(More customer reviews)I bought this for my mother in law who works in local government and is always on her phone. Our state recently enacted a handsfree law as well. She is very happy with this speaker phone. She said it is very easy to use, and sound quality is good. She did say she had to play with the speaker volume to make it not have feedback, but I'm sure that's true for all of the speakerphone units. She told my wife how a co-worker was complaining about his bluetooth speaker phone and that she has no problems.
