Sound quality is crystal clear on both ends and the volume control goes very high in the event you drive a loud vehicle. I often have to turn it down. Highly recommend this product as well as the Bluetooth z9i which has excellent sound and volume control as well as noise isolation. I have been very pleased with the Blueant products I have purchased. I also have the first z9 headset which is pretty good but the z9i is significantly better for an earpiece and would recommend the z9i over the z9 as it is WAY better. However, when I am in the car the speaker bluetooth is the only way to go!!
