(More customer reviews)This particular Plantronics Discovery 925 is NOT good. My family has 2 other units in this model and they are awesome. However, this one (Bulk Packaging) was terrible. As advertised it did not come in a box with good instructions. The first bad things was that it did NOT contain the 3 ear buds, only one medium sized earbud. Of course my husband needed the large one. The worst thing was that not only could you not hear well on the unit but others could not hear you either. It was not the volume, the sound was really muffled. Swapped out to one of my other 925 devices on the same phones and they worked great. Had to return this one. Buy the one that is retail packaged, it is great.
