(More customer reviews)This product is everything I hoped for. It was a snap to pair with my cell phone. The clarity is outstanding and I much prefer it to hanging one of those blue tooths to my ear. It's like having the caller in the car with you.
My only very slight disappointment is that I cannot use voice commands to make a call as my Shadow 2 cell phone will not sync with it. The other thing is the charger. It's not an AC charger and the USB cable for the car charger that it comes with is only a few inches long and the unit does not indicate when it is fully charged. Very inconvenient. Their customer service department is only available to you after you register the product online.
Other than that the performance of the product is great and I would highly recommend this unit.
