Because when I received your producted the box was in terrible shape and the bluetooth were out of place in the box. I wanted to give this to a couple for a Christmas gift. I couldn't because of the shape of the box. I didn't want them to think that these were old gifts. So I had to give them to my kids instead. This is just a little help so you won't get no bad reviews from customers. Other wise great job on the timely matter. I like the way the bluetooth looked once taking them out of the box.
