(More customer reviews)Well, I purchased this unit based pretty much on price alone. I was very dissappointed upon using the unit to discover that all the callers could barely hear me. The ones that could hear me said that I sounded far away. I had one other bluetooth headset, made by Motorola, before and didn't experience this same problem. The vendor only allows for exchanges of the same model: no refunds or exchanges. I hardly expect better performance from a different unit of the same model. My recommendation: Save your money and buy a different model headset.
