(More customer reviews)I got it because of it's similarity to the David Clark Headsets used in aviation, it even feels the same way on the head. Unfortunately, that's where the good things end. I bought one from a truck stop - it would not even sync up to my samsung rugby. Bought another one from Amazon (actually less expensive), it hooks up to my Rugby, but ...... It's hit and miss on being able to have a clear conversation with somebody -- I can hear them clearly, i sound like i'm a mile away from the mic. Now, I have the problem where it doesn't even get a full charge. Cellular Innovations website doesn't seem to offer much help either. update as of 4/4 - tried 3 times, failed 3 times. Companies view is to replace the unit in the hope that maybe one of them will work. Their "tech support" never asked what kind of phone or service they just asked me to send them the offending unit and they would send me a new one.
