(More customer reviews)This item is very sensitive and must be handled gently. Wire is thin so tugging it or should I say getting it caught on something will cause it to malfunction or break. You do get what you pay for but if you take extra care when using it it should last. This is why I gave it a four star rating. The other reason is the customer service. I gave this as a gift and it malfunctioned. I sent an email and they quickly sent out an replacement. So far no issues with replacement. Some business' pride themselves' on customer service, this is one of them.
