(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a replacement to my Motorola bluetooth. First of all, the plastic piece that goes around your ear is extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Eventually, I pulled it out because it just feels so strange due to it's large size. The worst part about this bluetooth is the difficulty in turning it on and off. I don't mean in answering calls, but simply powering the darn thing on! I have to hold in the power button a number of times before it finally powers on. Call quality is fine but I wish I'd known the problems before opening the package because now I can't return it which is a shame for me. In the future I'll stick to buying Bluetooths in the Sprint store like I've done in the past and not try to save a few bucks. This clearly wasn't worth it for me.
