I received it too late to exchange for my trip, so I sent it back for a replacement when I arrived back in the US. After a long run around, I was finally given a return authorization and returned it for another one......but that one was DOA as well. A very poor quality product that does what a $100 translator will do - I made the mistake of thinking you can get better quality with a higher price. This is a very cheap device and unless you need a currency converter (your phone can probably do that) I strongly advise you to find a better product (and company) elsewhere.
