(More customer reviews)I like this phone okay, but the most annoying thing is there's no backlight for the LCD display. It's annoying to look at the LCD display to try to see who's calling but you can't unless the ambient light level around this phone is high enough. None of the buttons are backlit either, so forget about using this phone in the dark. Lastly, there's no hold feature to this phone.
On the plus side, though, it does seem pretty solidly built and is fairly compact so it doesn't take up much desk space.
