(More customer reviews)I read many great reviews before purchasing but I was dissatisfied from the beginning. The documentation indicated that this was suppose to come covered in protective plastic but it was not. That combined with the fact that there were scratches on the surface led me to believe that I received a pre-owned unit. In use the Bluant's recorded voice was very loud but the volume of the caller was too low for me to hear well, even when turned all the way up. My voice to the caller was muted and frustrating for them to listen to me. All three knew I was on a speaker phone and asked me to switch to using just the phone. I was inside my car with the windows rolled up and the S4 pretty close to my face; the conditions would never get better than this. My phone is an iPhone which is suppose to pair perfectly with the S4. I was looking forward to using the Bluant S4 but was greatly disappointed. Gratefully returning this through Amazon was a breeze. Thank you Amazon for continued good service!
