(More customer reviews)The volume on the ear piece is good, however, I dont know how others use this product but I pretty much have to hold it in my ear to use it. I am back to square one and need to find another kind of headset. I dont use wireless and I find it hard to find something of quality for this phone. Wish I had better things to say.
